Love their hair, the quality is insane and I feel like I get inches for my buck. I usually order 26/28 but the 26 be giving 28 and the 28 like 30. I've ordered a lot from them and will continue. Also, delivery is insanely quick to the UK. However it's a double edge sword because they deliver and process so quickly it's sometimes hard to cancel an order! I've been having a hard time getting into contact with customer service so if you see this please help! I've sent multiple emails. Update below: I completely forgot about the time difference so that's why it was a bit difficult to reach them, but they have replied! So for what it's worth, check the time difference between your country and the US. Will change it from 4/5 to 5/5!
